Scheduling Policy: We have a STRICT 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments booked by phone or online must be RESERVED with a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 25%. The deposit will ALWAYS GO towards the ENTIRETY of the purchase at checkout. We require 24 hours notice for any rescheduled or canceled appointments. We respect both your time and ours, turn away other potential clients to hold your reservation. In the event we aren't given 24 hours notice for cancellations/reschedules or if there is a failure to show up for the appointment, your credit card will be charged the FULL amount of the appointment. We are a small business and occasionally appointment openings can be very limited. We appreciate your RESPECT and CONSIDERATION.
Late Arrivals:
We realize that tardiness is sometimes out of your control. We will do our best to provide you with the best treatment possible in the time remaining. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be charged in full and will require to be rebooked for another time.
